Two most common oils that are soaring in popularity are CBD oil and hemp oil.
Although few people use the term interchangeably, they both are different and are consumed in their special way.
Hemp oil is the oil extracted from the hemp plant, which is mostly grown for industrial purposes. The plant contains a low level of Cannabinoids including THC and CBD. The oil is extracted by pressing the seeds that are produced by the plant. The process of extraction is somehow similar to olive and coconut oil. Only a trace amount of THC is present in the oil, which is usually mentioned on the label of the oil.
The hemp plant sometimes extracts even CBD oil, but it can also be extracted from another cannabis plant which has a higher concentrate of THC. Hemp oil is only extracted from the hemp plant. Hemp oil is used for various purposes as it has a high level of vitamin E, B, B1, and B2. The oil is used in shampoos, lotions, conditioners, and soaps.
As stated above, CBD oil is also extracted from a hemp plant or any other plant which is high in CBD and low in THC. CBD works by impacting the endocannabinoid system in our body, bringing a lot of relief in many health conditions.
