Blackfoot Welcomes a New CBD Oil Business

A new CBD (cannabidiol) store opened up in Blackfoot (Idaho) for the first time, last week on Thursday.

Cody Hellickson, the founder, and owner of the business, said that two months ago, they became the first to own an in-house production facility in the state. Snake River Solace was the first CBD oil company making its products in East Idaho, opening up its first-ever location around two and a half years ago.

Hellickson started CBD business to educate and serve Idahoans about CBD hemp. He has a vision of treating CBD hemp as a possible natural alternative to around 52 known conditions. He also strives to produce organic products without THC formulated from pure industry-standard hemp cannabidiol.

The products are safe and legal without any harmful ingredients, said Hellickson. The company’s sole aim is to get a CBD industry in Idaho that is unique and true to its sense elsewhere, he added.

In addition to this new launch of CBD business in Blackfoot, Hellickson is also hoping to have a hemp museum in Blackfoot store by mid-September or October, aiming to exhibit over 450 pieces in it. The historical exhibits of the museum would focus on the early usage of hemp like for fiber, paper, rope, etc. while drawing a difference between industrial hemp and marijuana along with a section on 113 types of cannabinoids. There will also be a small theatre that would screen short documentaries, “Hemp for Victory,” in particular.

For the museum, Hellickson is expecting donations, a part of which will go for camp Hayden in Idaho Falls for supporting people with special needs like autism. He is also aiming to donate as many laptops as possible to schools and children in need.

While giving an overview of the products, Hellickson emphasized a proper education to the employees on the product before letting them go on their own, over a month. Since its inception, education about the product has always been a crucial part of the business. In the past, many of the existing notes on its website have successfully been used by Americans to grow and use industrial hemp for mankind.
